The season 5 of CW’s One Tree Hill surprised it’s viewers. This teenage drama leaped four years ahead in 2007 and the crowd loved it. It’s because the actors looked more appropriate playing older roles, which was more realistic. The hit TV series spanned another two seasons from 2007 and audience are still happily following this one.
However, according to EW, One Tree Hill is in for another jump in time. This leap, sources say, will not be as drastic and surprising as the first one. Inside Information says that this time the series will leap forward by just one year, and this happens on the start of season 7.
Nothing is concrete yet but, this time jump helps One Tree Hill to get back on its trail after the shocking departure of the original stars, Chad Michael Murray and Hilarie Burton. This will also help to integrate the new comer Brain Austin Green into the show.

New Characters on One Tree Hill Season 7
The breaking news regarding the TV Series “One Tree Hill” is that the two prime actors Chad Michael Murray who plays the role of Lucas Scott and Hilarie Burton who plays Peyton Sawyer aren’t going to leave the show’s upcoming 7th season. The sources says that the reason for their leaving is contract negotiation between network and the stars which turned into a dispute. The network fails to make an agreement and both the stars quit the show.
CW is resourceful and here is good news. CW always finds suitable starts for their characters and here they filled this spot with three new characters. The will take the role of Haley’s older sister who’s a sports agent, a model and Julian.
This news is a shock for the fans as Chad and Hilarie are both original and major cast members of the show. It will be interesting to see how audiences react to these drastic changes. Bad contract negotiations cause people to walk and this isn’t the first time nor is this going to be the last for these things to happen.
